Oversee and coordinatethe operational aspects of ongoing Customer & Product Support projects. Youwill serve as outreach liaison between project management and end customer. Youwill be responsible for identifying and developing relationships that lead tothe enrollment in multiple residential and commercial energy efficiency anddemand response programs throughout the country. The Outreach Manager will leadand train program teams on the best strategies to approach, engage, and enrollcustomers in the program. You will coordinate schedules and deliver status reports. You will assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and customers satisfaction goals and objectives. You will develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress, and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers. This is a remote position. Candidate should be located in the eastern or mid-west part of the US.
