Drive the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will drive revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will lead cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure / troubleshoot Honeywell hardware and software including: Experion PKS R511, EBR, LCN, TPS, ELNC, EHPM, ENIM, C200/C300/C300PM/UOC.
• Support Network Switches, Domain Controllers, Workstation PC’s, peripherals, etc
• Understand and Perform Remote Migration upgrades and hardware refresh
• Assist clients with third party vendor communication to our systems
• Administer preventive maintenance on Honeywell control system
• Support Factory Acceptance Testing, Site Acceptance Testing and startup activities
• Provide grounding and power-up checks for Honeywell Equipment
• Perform SESP audits and Pre-migration Audits
• Provide field reports to accurately document work performed at each customer site
• Demonstrated effective oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
