An opening exists for a Principal ProjectEngineer, Equipment, Process Information and Controls (PIC) in Des Plaines,IL.. You will be accountable for managing PIC control system projects. You willlead prioritization of work packages, design goals and objectives, and driveperformance.
You will partner withworld class engineering and leaders to implement product strategies, developprogram schedules and milestones, define technology roadmaps, and driveimprovements in engineering quality and productivity.

- Standard PIC/PSA/GP Project Scope review
- Standard PIC/PSA/GP Project Execution management through delivery
- Mentor less experienced Project Engineers
- Determine control system as well as work process improvements
- Implement control system as well as work process improvements
- Address Project barriers
- Provide Sales Support assistance
- Provide Service Support assistance
- Maintain ISO certification
