It is an imperative that the person in this role brings both a passion for developing others and strong competency in Instructional Design (or Marketing-Comms practitioner equivalency) facilitation, and large-scale program management.

The Honeywell Learning team is looking for a Learning Manager to deliver on our mission to infuse best in class leadership habits and behaviors within Honeywell employees, providing a robust pipeline of ready now leaders across the company.

Our team exists to drive and deliver on strategic culture initiatives and leadership development experiences that enhance the Honeywell behaviors across the globe and support succession planning efforts to build a strong leadership pipeline.

We are looking for a team member for a versatile role responsible for designing, developing, and executing highly interactive learning solutions (e-learning, instructor-led training, blended solutions) that target learning objectives and improve performance for our customers.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Under the direction of the Director of Employee Development and Career Paths persona and in partnership with Learning Center of Excellence and HR partners person in this role will be responsible for the following:

• Manage and hands-on support for the assessment, development, design, implementation, evaluation, continuous improvement, reporting, communications/promotions of employee development and career paths courses and programs.
• Hands-on Instructional Design and Facilitation. 
• Design competency and skills frameworks and make foundational to learning programs.
• Develop and implement rollout and evergreen promotional campaigns to drive usage and adoption of learning offerings from the enterprise.
• Project manage internal and external instructional designers.
• Manage vendor and internal partners as needed based on demand. 
• Update Learning Experience Platform and SharePoint sites with content and/or program information. 
• Pull, aggregate, prepare program level learning dashboards.
