Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Life Cycle Solutions and Services (LSS) technical teams and set the strategicdirection for the ELCN (Experion Local Control Network), C300PM, OPC,Redirection Manager ( RDM), Network and FTE product/process technology.
•  Demonstrate expertise in elicitation and negotiation of product requirementswith customers and partners.
• Proficientin authoring system/Product/ Solution requirements from the stakeholder’srequirements.
• Provide technical expertise as a program team leader in the identificationand development of new products.
• Lead proposals to address futurebusiness opportunities, value engineering and program/process changes.
• Act as a key focal point for driving and implementing goals and objectives for theMigration and Continuation global team.
• DriveEngineering Execution with exceptional focus on, Innovation, Built-In Quality,and product cost.
• Generate significant new concepts evidenced by novelmethods, high-quality reports, papers, and/or patents.
• Identify,protect, and develop critical software knowledge, capabilities, andintellectual property for the LSS LOB.
• Demonstrate Value Engineering and Component Engineering ( VE and CE) by cross-collaborationwith the other Line of Business (LOBs).
