Your Role

The VP, Finance will be a dedicated finance leader supporting clinical and operational excellence within the company. The individual will serve as a thought-leader using exceptional financial acumen to support, coach, and enable divisional executives, and operational leaders to deliver outstanding performance.

Primary Functions Include:

Long Term Planning

  • Own the long term financial model that translates strategic objectives of the company into financial targets.

Budgeting and Forecasting

  • Lead the enterprise budgeting, forecast and planning process.
  • Partner with leadership to develop in-depth understanding of business unit risks and opportunities and incorporate these into the planning process.
  • Coordinate with the FP&A to ensure key insights are incorporated into the end-to-end planning process, and outcomes are clearly defined and communicated back to executive sponsors and champions.

Decision Support

  • Perform scenario analysis to alternative pathways and consideration for business decisions and plans.
  • Lead FP&A team to conduct financial analysis supporting decisions and measuring results.
  • Support Business Development in model expected performance and assess consideration of targets.

Performance Management

  • Drive operational performance within Honest's revenue generating business units (service lines).
  • Collaborate with local operations team in business units to formulate, refine, and operationalize strategies to achieve financial performance and corporate goals.
  • Own financial performance management at the business-unit level, provide insights, measure success, and coach leadership on improvement opportunities.
  • Liaison to business units to translate/communicate initiatives to markets and drive accountability.

Stakeholder Management

  • Provide support to the CFO as needed to explain current and projected financial performance to stakeholders.
  • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned.

How You Qualify

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • 10 year of progressive finance experience; 5 years of leadership experience, preferable in a healthcare or related field
  • Proven track record of financial partnership with key executives to drive business growth and performance
  • Analytical, data driven decision maker, with strong financial acumen and drive for results
  • Excellent communicator with the ability to influence all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to build and lead a diverse high performing teams
  • Highly organized ability to plan and lead enterprise wide projects and processes
  • Works well and is effective in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adaptable to shifting priorities
  • High collaborative team player
  • Strong financial modeling, excel and slide and presentation skills
