```Duties```
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial information
- Oversee the preparation of financial statements, reports, and forecasts
- Manage the budgeting process and monitor financial performance against targets
- Conduct financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Provide strategic financial advice to senior management to support decision-making
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and other financial service providers

```Experience```
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA certification preferred
- Proven experience in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and practices
- Experience in investment management and strategic planning
- Demonstrated financial acumen with a solid understanding of corporate finance concepts
- Proficiency in using financial software and advanced Excel skills
- Previous experience in public accounting is a plus
