**Job Summary:** We are seeking a skilled Finance Manager to join our team. The Finance Manager will oversee all financial aspects of the company and play a key role in driving the organization's financial strategy and planning. **Responsibilities:** - Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes - Manage financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements - Develop and implement financial policies and procedures - Monitor and analyze financial performance against key performance indicators - Provide strategic financial insights to senior management for decision-making - Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal policies - Supervise the finance team and ensure accurate and timely completion of financial activities **Qualifications:** - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; MBA or CPA preferred - Proven experience in financial management, including at least 5 years in a managerial role - Strong knowledge of IAS (International Accounting Standards) and technical accounting principles - Experience in business development and cost management strategies - Proficiency in governmental accounting practices is a plus - Ability to lead and motivate a team towards achieving financial goals - Excellent analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy - Solid understanding of general ledger accounting processes Joining our team as a Finance Manager offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our organization while honing your leadership skills and financial expertise.
