Homsey Family Dentistry is Hiring a Dental Receptionist Near Moore, OK

Overview: We are seeking a skilled and motivated Dental Receptionist to join our team. As a Dental Receptionist, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and administrative support in a dental office setting. The ideal candidate will have experience with dental office software and possess strong organizational and communication skills. Duties: - Greet and check-in patients, ensuring a warm and welcoming atmosphere - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office calendar - Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with billing inquiries - Maintain patient records and update necessary information in electronic systems (eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) - Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional manner - Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure smooth patient flow - Follow HIPAA guidelines to maintain patient confidentiality - Assist with medical administrative support tasks as needed - Perform general office duties such as filing, faxing, and scanning documents - Keep the reception area clean and organized Requirements: - Previous experience as a Dental Receptionist or in a similar administrative role preferred - Proficiency in using dental office software (eClinicalWorks, Eaglesoft, Dentrix) - Knowledge of medical terminology and dental procedures - Familiarity with HIPAA regulations for maintaining patient privacy - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment - Professional demeanor and ability to provide exceptional customer service We offer competitive pay based on experience. Please note that all positions at our company are paid positions. Internship positions are also compensated accordingly.
