The Homewood Suites by Hilton, located in the Coralville Iowa River Landing, is currently seeking a part-time Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team! The position is part time, 2-4 days a week. Shifts are a combination of 7-3 and 3-11 during the week, weekend, and some holidays. We offer the following great benefits:

Duties:
- Greet guests upon arrival and check them in/out of the hotel
- Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
- Assist guests with inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and efficient manner
- Handle reservations and manage room assignments
- Process payments and maintain accurate records
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

Skills:
- Strong guest service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Excellent customer service skills, including the ability to handle difficult situations with patience and empathy
- Proficient in phone etiquette and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
