We are looking for a front desk representative with prior hotel front desk experience, experience with Opera PMS is a huge plus.

Must have a heart for service and be a people person with a can do attitude.

Responsibilities
- Perform night audit duties including reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring accuracy of financial records.
- Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk, assisting guests with check-in, check-out, and any inquiries or issues they may have.
- Utilize OPERA system to manage reservations, process payments, and update guest information.
- Handle multi-line phone systems to answer calls, take messages, and assist with guest inquiries.
- Utilize hotel experience to anticipate guest needs and provide a seamless hospitality experience.
- Assist with guest relations by addressing any concerns or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Utilize bilingual skills if applicable to assist guests who may require language support.
- Collaborate with the hotel management team to ensure smooth operations during the night shift.
- Conduct night audit procedures to ensure accuracy of financial transactions and compliance with hotel policies.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $14.00 per hour
