Patient Care Assistant Medication Tech CNA

We are currently searching for medication technicians (starting at $15.50 per hour with med tech certification), patient care assistants ($15.00 per hour), and CNAs (starting at $17.00 per hour with CNA certification) for our 6pm to 6am shift to join our team!

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Required to pass a level two background check.

Willing to work a flexible schedule (including weekends)

Desire to work with seniors.

Must possess a team spirit, good character and personal integrity.

Must be dependable and have a high level of work ethic.

PARTIAL LIST OF JOB DUTIES:

Must verbally communicate effectively with residents and have the ability to perform a variety of simple repetitive tasks.

Escort and/or assists residents to and from resident’s room, dining rooms and resident activities.

Assists in dressing and undressing residents, as well as bathing residents in tub or shower.

Combs resident’s hair, cleans and cuts resident’s fingernails and toenails, gives mouth care, assists in cleaning teeth and dentures, and gives shampoos as needed.

Responsible for required reports (including resident charts and other computerized reports or records) by accurately recording events in writing.

Report unsafe working areas, hazards or equipment that needs repairing to Maintenance.

Assisting residents with medications, including documentation. Training and certification provided if needed.

We have three night shifts (6p-6a) available.
