Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Office Coordinator to join our team. As the Front Office Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the front desk and ensuring exceptional customer service. This is a key role in our organization, as you will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome patients and visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate staff members
- Schedule appointments and manage the calendar for the office
- Flawless data entry
- Handle patient questions and provide excellent customer support
- Manage front desk operations, including insurance coordination, data entry, over the counter collections
- Utilize computerized EMR system and Microsoft Office to manage client information and appointments
- Collaborate with third party billing company to ensure smooth operations with billing and collecting

Experience:
- Knowledge of medical receptionist duties is preferred
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on providing exceptional service
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent data entry skills
- Familiarity with front desk operations and clerical tasks
- Experience with computerized systems for office management
