Qualifications:

1.Minimum of 2 years experience in hospice and 3-4 years of general nursing experience 

2.Demonstrated skills in organization.

3.Strong documentation skills.

4.Ability to work independently.

5.Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.

6.Ability to interact well with all staff.

Responsibilities:

Work Environment:

General office work environment, with prolonged periods of sitting. Position works in front of a computer screen for multiple hours requiring visual concentration. Position requires the ability to travel extensively to assigned office locations. Moderate lifting of up to 20 lbs is required.
