HomeMD Housecall Services is Hiring a Patient Liaison Near Troy, MI
HomeMD is currently hiring for Patient Liaisons in the Troy area. The perfect candidate will have a background in clinical patient care, excellent communication skills, and proficient computer skills. Candidates that have work experience in areas such as MA, CNA, EMT, and Hospice Aides are encouraged to apply. This is a position includes going into wherever our patients call home, working one on one with our primary care patients, addressing needs between visits with their primary care provider. You will also be responsible for assisting facility staff with needs pertaining to our company. Mileage reimbursement included.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
