HomeMD is currently hiring for Facility Liaisons in the Grand Rapids Area. The perfect candidate will have a background in clinical patient care, excellent communication skills, and proficient computer skills. Candidates that have work experience in areas such as MA, CNA, EMT, and Hospice Aides are encouraged to apply. This is a position where you will be going into facilities working one on one with our primary care patients, addressing needs between visits with their primary care provider. You will also be responsible for assisting facility staff with needs pertaining to our company.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
