Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cabinet Assembler to join our team. As a Cabinet Assembler, you will be responsible for assembling, installing, and finishing custom cabinets according to specifications. Responsibilities:

• Cabinet Assembly: Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to assemble cabinets accurately and efficiently. Utilize various hand and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble cabinet components.
• Quality Control: Conduct thorough inspections of finished cabinets to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications. Make necessary adjustments or repairs as needed to achieve the desired result.
• Installation: Install cabinets on-site according to design plans and client requirements. Ensure proper alignment, fit, and functionality during installation.
• Finishing: Apply stains, paints, and finishes to cabinets to enhance their appearance and durability. Follow established finishing techniques and procedures to achieve a high-quality finish.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with designers, carpenters, and other team members to coordinate project timelines and ensure seamless workflow. Communicate effectively with team members to address any issues or concerns that may arise during the assembly process.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment. Follow proper procedures for handling and disposing of materials, tools, and equipment.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum of 1 of experience in cabinet making and assembly required.
• Skills: Proficient in reading blueprints, drawings, and specifications. Strong knowledge of cabinet construction techniques and materials. Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to operate a variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Keen eye for detail and precision in cabinet assembly and finishing. Ability to maintain high-quality standards throughout the production process.
• Communication: Effective communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to collaborate with team members and communicate effectively with clients as needed.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry heavy materials and equipment. Comfortable working in a variety of environments, including indoor and outdoor settings.
