-Assist property manager in collection of rents and leasing of residential rental properties.

-filing and organizing of digital and paper files

-Assist Property Manager in performing 6 month and Move out inspections of residential properties.

-Answer office phone and take messages for property manager.

-Assist property manager in responding to emails to clients and tenants.
