Homefix Custom Remodeling is a top 20 home improvement company in the US based in the Washington DC Metro Area. We are currently seeking an experienced Marketing Manager in our Maryland market.

As part of our explosive growth, we are seeking a Marketing Manager who will oversee our Field Marketing Team (Canvassing). This is a pivotal, hands-on role within our organization, and will be responsible for meeting and exceeding established performance standards as it relates to sales lead generation.

MUST HAVE PROVEN SUCCESS IN A SIMILAR ROLE, at least 5 years experience.

Primary Job Functions
Recruits, hires, trains, leads and supports Team Leads and Field Marketing representatives.
Leads all team training, coaching, performance management and professional development.
Ensures the culture of the program serves as the exemplar of our commitment to excellence.
Coordinates program logistics, i.e. mapping tracking, compliance, scripting, lead validation and staffing.

This is a demanding, fast-paced, high-pressure work environment.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
