We are seeking Part-Time and on-call positions for Resident Assistants (RA) for our two communities in Northeast Minneapolis. Each home serves older four adults. More sites coming soon.

You are part of the admission process and get to choose the residents you care for. We do not accept residents that are too heavy or too violent that can hurt you. Caregivers are the most vital asset we have and we must protect you.
There is no other assisted living like us in the state that we are aware of.
Job Summary:
The Resident Assistants provide personal care, administer medications, assist with walking and transferring, prepare food, perform housekeeping, laundry, and related services to residents in the community according to documented, individualized service and care plans. He/she functions under the Director of Nursing. May be a Certified Nurse’s Aide but this is not required.
