Missions Inc. Programs, with more than a century of experience in Human Services, has an exciting new position at our Smith Lodge program. We are seeking an experienced individual to serve as a Resident Advocate for daytime, evening and weekend shifts, helping us to provide a safe, purposeful environment while providing critical support to residents. Position Overview
Smith Lodge is a 21-bed transitional housing and support services program for men and women located in Plymouth, MN. The 21-bed program provides single-room and double occupancy rooms for adults (18 ) of all genders in need of a healing-centered community.

Pay range is $15.23 - $16.80, based on your prior experience. We offer differential pay for weekend and overnight shifts.

Full Time benefits include medical, dental, vision, short-term/long-term disability, 403b retirement account and PTO. PT positions receive short-term disability and 403b retirement account with employer contribution after 1,000 hours worked.
