The Regional Marketplace Manager plays a critical role in facilitating operational efficiency by overseeing the workflow between tenants, service professionals, and property owners. The primary objective is to maintain properties at the standards expected by both tenants and owners. This entails proactively identifying and resolving issues, as well as effectively managing each repair project to ensure it aligns with cost, quality, and project timeline expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage communication channels between service professionals, vendors, residents, and internal Home365 teams, including but not limited to our field teams, property finance and customer success to align property owner communications.

• Troubleshoot and resolve minor repair and maintenance issues with tenants to minimize service professional interventions.

• Collaborate with other departments to handle emergencies and escalations collaboratively.

• Assign tasks to approved vendors, coordinate their activities, monitor progress, and ensure work meets high-quality standards.

• Evaluate proposed project bids and costs, keeping property owners informed about repair progress.

• Verify work completion according to our standards and authorize payment of invoices.

• Collaborate with Maintenance Marketplace team members to deliver a world-class service to our customers.
• Manage a team of Maintenance Coordinators to oversee the progress of the projects 

• Manage the maintenance team’s performance, daily priorities and standard work
• Be a part of the feedback loop between the field, management and the technology team. 
• Keep track of in-flow and out-flow of projects and tasks 

Requirements:

• 2-5 years as an Operations/ Maintenance / Escalation Manager 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree a plus.
• Proven ability to handle complex maintenance projects using strong organization and multitasking skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret standards and contract specific plans and specifications. 
• Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
