The Regional Marketplace Manager plays a critical role in facilitating operational efficiency by overseeing the workflow between tenants, service professionals, and property owners. The primary objective is to maintain properties at the standards expected by both tenants and owners. This entails proactively identifying and resolving issues, as well as effectively managing each repair project to ensure it aligns with cost, quality, and project timeline expectations.
