Responsibilities include daily checklist activities, performing various marking duties to generate additional revenue, providing optimum guest service and satisfaction.

Responsibility:

· Welcome guests upon their arrival and assign rooms

· Completes the check-in & check-out and ensure guests are satisfaction

· Provide information about our hotel, available rooms, and amenities

· Managing online and phone reservations and provide the daily rooms rates accurately

· Respond to guests’ complaints in a timely and professional manner

· Inform customers about payment methods and verify their credit card data

· Liaise with hotel staff to ensure all rooms are clean, highly comfortable according to Hotel standards.

· Assist individuals with disabilities and exceed all guests’ expectations

· Make recommendations for activities and restaurants

Requirements:

· Work experience in a Hotel Front Desk or similar role (Preferred but not required)

· Excellent in communication and computer skills

· Experience in Hotel reservations software (Preferred but not required)

· Prior Cash Handling

· Read, write, and speak English fluently

· High school diploma or equivalent required
