Outside Sales Consultant Responsibilities:

  • Educate potential customers on the benefits of enrolling in our free Community Solar program
  • Conduct door-to-door sales presentations to promote our state-mandated program
  • Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with potential customers and address their questions and concerns
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions

Outside Sales Consultant Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle for transportation
  • Willingness to stand for long periods of time (this is a door-to-door sales opportunity)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Typical first year commission earnings are between $75,000-$200,000 but can surpass this range.
