Job Title: Property Manager

As a Property Manager at Homeriver Group, you will be responsible for overseeing all property management functions for a diverse portfolio of residential properties, including single-family and multi-family units. Your primary duties will include effectively resolving tenant and owner requests, fostering genuine connections with stakeholders, overseeing property maintenance operations, and managing basic property accounting tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage all aspects of property management for a portfolio of residential properties, including addressing tenant and owner inquiries and requests.

Cultivate authentic relationships with property owners, tenants, and prospective tenants through effective communication via phone, email, and in-person interactions.

Direct and supervise the property maintenance team to ensure timely turnover and repair activities.

Demonstrate a strong understanding of basic property maintenance issues related to single and multi-family buildings, parking facilities, and landscaping.

Oversee basic property accounting activities, including maintaining ledger accuracy, managing collections, invoicing, and handling security deposit dispositions.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in modern property management software.

Advanced experience using MS Office applications and G-Suite.

Strong computer skills with the ability to quickly adapt to new systems.

Prior supervisory experience highly desired.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

Minimum of 1-year experience as a Property Manager.

Valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle with proof of insurance.

At least 1-year experience in single or multi-family property management.

State Real Estate License or ability to obtain within 6 months of employment.
