Job Description:

As a Recruiter at Home Reach, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Recruiting Coordinator and the Head of HR with various recruitment tasks. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
• Calling potential candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their suitability for available positions.
• Performing interviews both in person and over the phone.
• Utilizing various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, and networking events.
• Assisting with paperwork related to the hiring process, including application forms and employment contracts.
• Collaborating closely with the Recruiting Coordinator and Head of HR to meet recruitment goals and deadlines.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our applicant tracking system (ATS)
• Assist with employee orientation and onboarding processes
• Assisting the Recruiting Coordinator and the Head of HR with all other tasks assigned.

Qualifications for Recruiter:

• Willingness to follow directions and work collaboratively within a team.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
• Proven experience as a Recruiter or similar role
• Proficient in using recruitment software such as Indeed
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to conduct effective cold calling and networking activities
• Familiarity with social media platforms for recruitment purposes
• Solid understanding of employment labor laws and regulations
• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
