Job Description:

Join our team as an On-Call Support Staff member at Home Reach, where you'll collaborate with our professional team to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities. This role involves on-call responsibilities, determined by weekly needs, offering flexibility while ensuring our clients receive the care they deserve.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in developing and filling schedules for participants.
• Provide support and guidance to Direct Care Staff.
• Conduct training sessions for staff and provide direct care when needed.
• Be available to fill shifts as needed, 24/7.
• Assist QIDP's with administrative tasks.

Qualifications/ Skills:

• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities.
• Previous supervisory or management experience.
• Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills.
• Excellent time management and communication skills.
• Caring nature and commitment to customer service.

Requirements:

• Attention to detail.
• Computer proficiency.
• Customer service orientation.
• Psych experience (a plus).
