We are seeking to hire an experienced Customer Service Personnel for an Inbound Customer Service Representative position in our Forest Hill, Maryland corporate headquarters. The primary responsibilities of the Inbound Customer Service Representative involve taking inbound calls in the call center handling various customer service issues for customers and on occassion, handling potential sales calls. This full-time employment opportunity in scenic Harford County offers you experience that will advance your career, knowledge growth, and professional development.

General Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service and inside sales calls from multiple sources.
  • Listening attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy while maximizing opportunity to build rapport.
  • Convert new customer inquiries into sales by identifying solutions and upsell opportunities to existing customers.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction on every contact with potential and current customers.
  • Confirm customer understanding of the solution and provide additional customer education as needed
  • Provide a positive customer service/sales experience that will retain and promote customer loyalty in accordance with company processes and policies.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work within a team atmosphere.
  • Call center experience a big plus but not required.
  • Experience performing/delivering high quality customer service to customers.
  • Any sales experience a plus.
  • Ability to problem solve and present information clearly to customers.
