Primary Assignments:

• Spearhead research and development initiatives to enhance existing equipment and processes, driving innovation and efficiency
• Perform piping hydraulics calculations, size of related equipment including control valves, pressure valves, heat exchangers, pumps, boilers, ammonia chillers, wastewater treatment plants, and compressors.
• Design cutting-edge systems that seamlessly integrate equipment with precise process requirements, pushing the boundaries of possibility
• Take the lead in developing intricate heat and material balance or process flow diagrams, laying the foundation for optimized performance and groundbreaking solutions
• Champion the development of piping and instrumentation diagrams, along with equipment data sheets, fueling the journey towards engineering excellence
• Generate dynamic fabrication and construction work packages, as well as procurement technical specifications, igniting the spark for transformative projects

Essential Qualifications:

• A Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering
• 5-10 years of mechanical engineering experience in the manufacturing industry
• Proven expertise in navigating design codes and standards such as PIP and ASME
