Job Description:

The Construction Quality Inspector ensures quality and compliance in construction projects.

Responsibilities include:

1. Collaborating with PMs for checklist reviews.

2. Conducting pre-slab pour and pre-drywall inspections.

3. Independently inspecting ongoing projects and prior to client invoicing.

4. Reviewing plans before handover to production or permitting.

5. Investigating and resolving any project issues that arise.

6. Daily review of uploaded photos.

7. Programming projects with clear targets.

8. Reviewing design contracts and timelines.

9. Handling warranty claims and client originations.

Qualifications:

- 5 years or more of experience in residential construction.

- Previous inspection experience preferred.

- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations.

- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency in relevant software applications.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,000.00 - $1,200.00 per week
