We're currently seeking an experienced Human Resources Recruiter & Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be familiar with general HR procedures and policies as well as be adept at recruiting and hiring. Some of the essential duties of the Human Resources Recruiter & Coordinator include managing the recruitment and interview pipeline, facilitating new-hire paperwork, administrating new-hire orientation and training, and on-going employee communication and nurturing to name just a few.

Responsibilities & Qualifications:

• Manage recruiting, interviewing, and hiring of new employees
• Ideal candidates will have experience with recruiting automation software (e.g. Paradox), job posting tools (e.g. Indeed) and document management technology as well as strong competency with Microsoft Office
• Maintain personnel files and employee paperwork for new hires and on an on-going basis for current employees
• Manage orientation and training of employees, including continuing education
• Manage an employee nurture campaign to engage and retain existing employees
• Support operations by enforcing company policies and issuing corrective action notifications
• Facilitate performance management and annual review process with employees

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
