We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized individual to join our team as a Receptionist. Our receptionist will be the first point of contact for our clients, visitors, and employees, providing excellent customer service and administrative support. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and possess the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Schedule appointments and meetings as needed.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying.
