Home Inspection Collective has a great opportunity for you! We are looking for a Growth Coordinator to develop and attract new business in Hickory, Asheville and the Lake Norman area. As a Growth Coordinator for Home Inspection Collective, you will present and promote our business to top area prospects. The successful candidate will play a key role in our organization by expanding our customer base and qualifying new prospects, while building and maintaining long lasting relationships.

If you are a self-starter and an excellent communicator; someone who enjoys building relationships with others, all while implementing creative ways to build brand awareness; we may be the perfect match for you! Our ideal candidate would also be someone who enjoys a varied schedule that combines office and on-the-road time as well.

JOB STANDARDS

● Comfortable initiating conversations, both in person and on the phone● Strong written and verbal communication skills, as well as good active listening skills● Must be a self-starter, detail-oriented and a team player● Positive attitude, energetic and professional presence● Punctuality and ability to work unsupervised● Responsible for contacting Top Producing Realtors while using a variety of methods including phone, email and mail● Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources such as Realtors, and other affiliates/vendors related to the Real Estate Industry● Promote Home Inspection Collective in the Real Estate community through phone calls, one-on- one meetings, networking, office visits and sponsored & co sponsored events● Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Internet and Social Media

FULL JOB DESCRIPTION

● Daily Outbound and Follow-Up Calls are Expected○ New Agents○ Agent Retention○ Inspection Follow-Up/Feedback & Satisfaction of Completed Inspections

● Answering Daily Inbound Calls● Ability to Network, Build Relationships and Referral Requests● Ability to Transition from Phone to In-Person Meetings as Restrictions Allow

● Strong Social Media Skills● Data Entry● Organization, Purchase and Delivery of Marketing Materials (i.e., Delivery to Real Estate Offices)● Development of Relationships with Real Estate Office Staff● Attendance of Networking Events● Miscellaneous Tasks as Discussed with Team Lead (when needed)

GROWTH COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

COMPENSATION

Compensation is a Base Plus Commission model. We offer competitive compensation and are eager to reward outstanding performance!
