Home Improvement Center is Hiring a Sales Associate Near Butler, PA
Home Improvement Center is seeking a Sales Associate to join our family. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as experience in home remodeling / building / hardware sales. Reliable transportation and Drivers License is required. Full time 40 hrs / wk, schedule will be flexible within the hours Monday 8a-8p Tues - Fri 8a-5p Saturday 8a-12p
Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain relationships with clients, Identify and pursue new sales opportunities - Load / unload trucks - Provide product information and demonstrations to customers
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale, Work with team members to procure materials and increase sales, as well as following projects through to completion - Order materials, work with suppliers and installers
Skills: - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Technical sales experience preferred but willing to train
