Job Overview:
We are seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Caregivers. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals in need of care. Currently looking to fill a shift from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday.

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities
- Administer medications following proper protocols
- Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning of clients
- Monitor and report changes in health status to the appropriate medical personnel
- Support individuals with developmental disabilities in achieving their goals
- Implement behavior management techniques as needed
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations and respect resident rights
- Maintain accurate documentation using electronic systems

Qualifications:
- Experience in caregiving, hospice care, or nursing is preferred
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities or providing direct support
- Proficiency in medication administration and knowledge of medical systems
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and resident rights
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment
