Hired Hands Homecare - Sonoma is Hiring a Caregiver senior Near Santa Rosa, CA
Hired Hands Homecare has a comprehensive onboarding program that delivers in-depth and hands-on instruction, providing our caregivers with all the tools they need to be skilled, prepared, and confident to care.
We offer a pay range of $20 / hr - $22 / hr.
with an excellent work environment (including 24 / 7 support) and full-time or part-time available for caregiving positions in Sonoma County and the surrounding areas!

We are looking for CARING and COMPASSIONATE individuals with or without experience in this field to become a part of our Hired Hands Homecare family and join our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults throughout our community.
Duties include, but are not limited to
- Companionship
- Light housekeeping
- Meal Preparation
- Medication reminders
- Errands
- Assistance to & from appointments
- Activities of Daily Living such as dressing, grooming, feeding, incontinence care, and transferring
- Specialized care such as Alzheimer’s and Dementia Care
Requirements to be a caregiver :
- Must have valid California Driver’s License, Insurance, and a Car
- Must have at least 1 year of prior experience in caregiving or similar position
- Must pass criminal background check for HCA Registration
- Clear TB test or chest X-Ray
- Ability to treat and care for seniors and special needs clients with dignity and respect
- Ability to communicate with clients in a friendly and congenial manner
