Responsibilities
Home Health Nurses (LPN) administer skilled care during home visits to clients who require intermittent professional services and provide teaching to clients, family, and other members of the health care team. Nursing services are performed in accordance with the physician’s or non-physician practitioner’s orders and the established plan of care under the direction and supervision of our nursing director. Nursing responsibilities may include:
Qualifications
1. Must hold a current and unencumbered Licensed Practical Nursing License in Virginia (or a multi-state license that includes Virginia).
2. Must be organized, detail-oriented, and possess effective communication skills both orally and in writing.
3. LPN must understand the issues related to the delivery of home health care and be able to problem-solve effectively.
4. Ability to assume a flexible work schedule including weekend availability.
5. Must have a current driver's license and automobile insurance.
6. Must have a minimum of one year nursing experience.
7. Must have current CPR certification.
8. Home Health experience is strongly preferred.

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour
