**We are currently seeking a Relationship Manager to join our team!**

This position is on-the-field and calls for travel within the five Boroughs. It requires an individual passionate about promoting Incare HHC’s personal brand of home care services with the objective of maintaining existing relationships and prospecting for new patient client referrals. A drive towards building and maintaining relationships, excellent communication and follow up, and the perseverance in finding what works or doesn’t work to be successful in our out-reach is paramount. Job Description:

• Build and maintain positive relationships with new and existing referral sources
• Resolve referral source issues quickly and effectively
• Assist with generating new business
• Research and identify new markets in need of home care services
• Visit potential clients to assist them with obtaining documents and guide them through the enrollment process
• Act as liaison between Marketing Communicate between the Intake Department.
• Attend networking and marketing events and present services as needed

Requirements

• Outgoing personality with excellent relationship building skills
• Healthcare related experience preferred, but not required
• Spanish Bilingual preferred, but not required

Skills:

• Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills
• Self-driven, motivated, and a positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
