Physical Therapy P.T.A.:

to do treatments with patients in their homes. P.T.A. Colorado state license required. Competitive pay with benefits is offered for this position.

Personal Care Providers:

Needed immediately to assist patients in their homes in the Pueblo County, Fremont County and surrounding communities. Must pass background and drug test.

R.N. Case Manager (Full-time):

Visit patients in their homes in the Pueblo area. Degree in nursing and Colorado state license required, as well as current C.P.R. certification. Must pass background and drug test. Competitive pay with benefits is offered for this position.

C.N.A.'s (Evenings & Weekends):

To visit patients in their homes in the Pueblo area. Colorado state license required, as well as current C.P.R. certification. Must pass background and drug test. Competitive pay is offered for this position.
