Accountable for making decisions based on his/her educational preparation and experience in nursing.
Registered Nurse - RN Case Manager Qualifications • Licensed as a Registered Nurse / RN in the state of Minnesota • Valid Driver's License and reliable vehicle with current insurance • Prior Nursing experience in Home Health setting • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously • Excellent at planning, organizing, and communicating.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $34.00 - $43.00 per hour
