Position Summary:
As our Customer Advocate, you play a pivotal role in resolving escalated customer issues related to damaged or returned products, guiding them through the claims process with your can-do attitude. Reporting to the Director of Purchasing, you will be a key player in delivering exceptional service.
Position Responsibility:
· Be the face of exceptional customer service, resolving issues promptly and efficiently.
· Seamlessly coordinate live customer issues post-delivery and/or installation of new products.
· Collaborate with manufacturers for potential product exchanges following service referrals.
· Process damage allowance requests with precision.
· Manage replacement cosmetic requests and keep customers informed on back-ordered parts.
