We are currently hiring for an outstanding Front Desk Agent to join our team. Qualifications:

  • Ability to effectively deal with internal and external customers, some of whom will require high levels of patience, tact, and diplomacy to defuse anger, collect accurate information and resolve.
  • Ability to understand and follow directions
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Hotel experience is preferred, not required.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for greeting customers immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome.
  • Will use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to, and understand requests, respond with appropriate action, and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions.
  • Completing required shift paperwork, reports as assigned by General Manager, and end of shift cash closing procedures
  • Creating guest reservation, completing guest registration, applying charges and payment to guest folios.

Must be available days on the weekends.
