The Position

Qualifications

• JD from an ABA accredited Law School
• Must reside in SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA and work remotely from home
• Must be admitted to practice in California
• 5 years litigation experience, preferably in the automobile defense field
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to think strategically and good negotiation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Word and Outlook, TABS and Abacus software applications a plus

Responsibilities

• Work closely with other attorneys and Partners on legal projects
• Prepare pleadings, written discovery, depositions, motions and briefs in support of defense strategies
• Provide effective and timely communications, information, legal advice, status reports and other services to clients and claims on legal and factual issues
• Responsible for the prompt, efficient and effective disposition of assigned cases
• Independently prepares and presents witnesses and evidence at trials, judicial and administrative hearings, arbitrations, and mediations.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by trial experience and by revenue generation.

Pay: $140,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year
