Mid-size national insurance defense & civil litigation firm seeking associate attorney with at least 5 years of experience to assist on caseload consisting predominantly of workers’ compensation matters. Must have proficiency in handling workers’ compensation cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
Must be able to proficiently handle appearances and assignments with minimal or no supervision.
