Pay and Schedule

  • $2,500 a month guaranteed plus commissions

Each Flooring Sales Specialist receives unrivaled training, including:

  • Product knowledge of our vast, quality-manufactured assortment of hard and soft flooring surfaces.
  • The technology that drives HOM Furniture, streamlines our work and simplifies each customer’s sales experience.
  • Our unique customer focused sales solution approach.
  • The art of meticulous accuracy processing sales quotes, measuring jobs and final orders.
  • Comprehensive follow up on product deliveries and/or installations.
  • Introduction to ordering customized flooring from boundless options.
  • Mentoring to achieve financial growth as a consultant and/or career advancement opportunities in a leadership or corporate role.

Requirements

Education: Must be working towards or have a high school diploma or GED.

Experience: One to three years related experience preferred.

Physical Demands: Moderate physical demands required. Flooring Sales Specialists are required to stand for prolonged periods of time and will occasionally have to lift up to 25 pounds.

Other: Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
