We are looking for a motivated Assistant Manager to handle the variety of responsibilities that come up during the average day. Duties of the Assistant Manager include strong leadership and initiative. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, be responsible and goal oriented. If you have previous experience in restaurant management, we’d like to meet you. Ultimately, a successful Assistant Manager will lead others, be confident and proactive and willing to take on workplace challenges.

Responsibilities:

• Excellent delegator and mediator.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, and the ability to convey important information clearly and effectively.
• Excellent people person. Able to provide excellent customer service.
• Strong attention to detail and able to multitask.

Requirements:

• Proficient in POS systems and cash management and handling.
• Bachelors Degree in Business preferred but not required. Will train the right person.
• Previous supervisory experience strongly encouraged.
