Holten Wellness Center is Hiring an Admin Assistant Near Dayton, OH

Job Overview:
Admin Assistant to doctor in busy Chiropractic office. Compassion and a people-person personality are ideal for this position. Multitasking skills, attention to detail, good memory and basic math skills are necessary. Dependability, punctuality are a must. Primary duties include operating as a liaison between the Doctor and patients, preparing and presenting proposed treatment recommendations, handling all financials plans for proposed care, patient education, & operating as point of contact for treating patients.

- Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
- Assist with organizing and coordinating events or meetings
- Proficient in computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Customer service-oriented mindset

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.90 - $17.92 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 35 per week
