The Commercial Insights & Analytics team is responsible for turning data and intelligence gathering into actionable insights that drive Hologic's Diagnostics business. The team spearheads the data-driven culture within Hologic and is an integrated partner to the Marketing, Sales, Finance, and Diagnostic Leadership teams. The critical insights this team provides will enable a continued elite level of commercial success and be a competitive differentiator to the organization.

Throughout the 10-12 weeks you'll have the opportunity to participate in the following:

1. The summer project will primarily involve the planning, development, and execution of a new quarterly Market Intelligence Publication (MIP) outlining major developments in the US Diagnostics commercial portfolio. 
2. The publication is intended for a broad internal audience across multiple levels and will share insights that range from executive-level to product-specific on areas such as product sales, coverage and guidelines, as well as insights on market size and share. 
3. The intern will collaborate with multiple internal stakeholder groups (Marketing, Sales, Market Access, etc.) to gather requirements on insights to communicate and well as source internal and external data to generate those insights. 
4. The final deliverables will include a framework of insights to communicate in the MIP, a wireframe/outline for the publication, a process by which the MIP will be updated each quarter, and an initial version of the MIP.
