The Co-op Experience: Make a Difference

The co-op experience gives you the opportunity to shine and share your knowledge, energy, and passion on meaningful projects that impact people all over the world. 

We are looking for those majoring in Mechanical Engineering to join our R&D team this fall. This team designs mechanical hardware for new product development in our Breast and Skeletal Health division.

Throughout the 6-month co-op you'll have the opportunity to participate in the following:

• Complete models and drawings for new parts and modifications to current parts
• Complete engineering change documentation for release or modifications of designs
• Assist in the prototype creation and building process
• Complete root cause analysis and solution finding for various design issues

We're looking for bright, inquisitive problem solvers who strive to make a difference. Qualifications include the following: 

• Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program and have at least one semester remaining to complete after the co-op 
• Majoring in: Mechanical Engineering
• Rising Junior
• Preferred cumulative GPA of 3.2 or higher 
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Solidworks
• Ability to work onsite at our Marlborough, MA campus. Intern housing, relocation, and housing stipends are not provided.

The hourly pay range for this role is $22 - $26/hr. Compensation is determined by class standing and operational function.
