Holmes Lake Rehabilitation and Care Center is seeking a Full Time Position for Human Resources Manager.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
- 1 Years of Human Resource experience.
- Experience in a Long Term Care Center preferred but not required.
- Attention to detail.
- Good communication skills, both written and oral.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Organized.
- Proficient with Word and Excel
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Complete new hire paperwork
- Complete termination paperwork
- File all necessary reports timely
- Process payroll on a bi-weekly basis
- Complete orientation for new hires
- Assist department heads with disciplinary actions
- Oversee scheduling department
- Collaborate with Administrator and Department Heads regarding raises and performance reviews
- Oversee open enrollment on a yearly basis
- Interview potential candidates for open positions.
- Post open positions
- Other duties as assigned
